AWS IS HOW

The Problem: While Amazon Web Services (AWS) currently dominates the cloud computing market with 33% market share, dwarfing competitors like Microsoft (13% MS) and IBM (8% MS), most people have never heard of AWS.

The Insight: The average person uses AWS 30 times a day without even knowing it.

Our Solution: Show that AWS is not only the cloud that powers Fortune 500 co’s, but it’s how you stalk your ex, order shoes, return those shoes and just about every other important internet-y kind of thing you do.

We launched this campaign at The World Series, and celebrated the awesomeness of actual baseball stat-loving weirdos from across the country in our first spot.

From landing a rover on Mars, to rerouting critical Ebola virus vaccinations, to binge-watching tv 30,000 ft. above the earth, just about everything we do comes back to AWS.

 

Amazon and AWS aren’t into bragging, so we made the case for what we as a brand DIDN’T do.

 

EXPERIENTIAL

Using micro transponders in bag tags, as well as those located in airplanes, we demonstrated that AWS is how both you and your luggage get where you’re going (pretty much) without a hitch, day in, day out.
